About Us In March of 2020, Chef Clark Myers and Chef Chas Baki found themselves in unique circumstances. They left their head chef positions to focus on a more personal approach to food. The chefs wanted to bring Jackson Hole fresh gourmet meals safely and conveniently delivered. While they still offer catered, delivered meals, they also specialize in private chef and catered events. Owners Mekki Jaidi, Chef Clark Myers, and Chef Chas Baki pictured. They invited their friend, Mekki Jaidi, who founded and owns Outpost, to help with branding, marketing, and strategy. Together, the three hope to bring many and great culinary experiences to Jackson Hole. Chef Clark and Chef Chas have spent the span of their careers developing a passion for food and service. With over 25 years of combined hospitality experience, they have a vast knowledge of fine dining. These two cherish gathering folks around a table to enjoy a delicious meal.
